MyHallWizard started at a busy town-centre church with over 30 community groups using the building every week. The paper diary was struggling to keep up, and the monthly invoicing was hours of tedious, repetitive work.

We looked at what was available — and nothing was quite right. Some systems were too complicated to learn. Others were too expensive for a small charity. None of them made the job feel simple.

So we built something better. Something straightforward enough for volunteers, powerful enough for the busiest venues, and priced so that community organisations can actually afford it.
